Rachel is an independent adviser, company director graduate & chartered accountant with over 25 years experience.

For half of Rachel’s career, she led teams in the Banking industry with senior leadership roles across origination and risk management, successfully managing and restructuring exposures, building risk management frameworks and dealing with offshore interests.

In her practice career, Rachel has acted as an advisor to companies, boards and management providing effective and innovative stabilisation, turnaround, solvency and restructuring solutions. Rachel has also accepted a number of board and executive committee roles.

Rachel likes to explore the Peninsula, write and read anything in her downtime and is also a volunteer board member (and current President) of Southern Peninsula Community Support.

Samantha is university-qualified, with many years of experience in management accounting in service oriented fields, government accounting and banking credit risk.

For the last decade she has been working in banking, particularly with successful businesses and agribusiness. She understands what successful businesses look like, what systems and processes they have, and what determines their success. She is expert in bespoke financial modelling and analysis, which underpins all business decisions.

A qualified and experienced management accountant, Samantha also offers bookkeeping services for Savi Advisory clients and is trained in both Xero and MYOB software. Samantha is interested in people and their stories – how they got where they are now and where they want to take their business. She is passionate about supporting them to reach their potential.

Samantha enjoys working with people, but in her spare time she enjoys graphite pencil drawing and painting with watercolours.

Morgan is focused on working with clients to help achieve the best outcomes and developing his knowledge and experience in his professional career.

He lives locally on the Mornington Peninsula and has experience volunteering at the local community center helping individuals lodge their tax returns. He is highly invested in helping individuals with their tax obligations and communicating the steps in the process, so they are fully informed during the process.

Morgan likes taking strolls through the bush walking tracks on the Mornington Peninsula and has a hobby of reading fiction and listening to historical podcasts.

Connie is a university educated professional with a background in Marketing and is currently undertaking her master’s in professional accounting whilst supporting Savi in Administration and Client Support.

Connie assists with administration and client support. She develops lasting client relationships with her dedication to her local Dromana community where she was raised and adding her Marketing expertise and flair to Savi. Connie is currently studying to obtain her master’s in professional accounting and hopes to develop her career in accounting and finance. She loves spending time with her partner, walks on the beach and cooking a nice meal for her family.
